Pick Up Your Rental
You can pick up your vehicle at any of our branches located at three convenient locations: Kewdale, East Perth and Cockburn. Alternatively, you can book in our airport shuttle service and we will pick you up from your arrival terminal.

Drop Off and Return
A return confirmation is sent via email. You can return your rental at our offices. With our airport shuttle service, upon return your vehicle at our Kewdale branch, we can send you to your departing terminal during office hours.

However, if you need further clarification and would like instant assistance, you can call or email us. Walk in and call in rates will be higher compared to bookings made online.
If the vehicle is unavailable at the point of booking, no booking or hire fees will be charged. A one day non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a vehicle. In the event of a cancellation, it will be forfeited.
We prefer all payments via credit cards. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Amex. We also accept debit cards (Mastercard or Visa only), but they must have the driver’s name embossed on the card.
If it does not, we need a proof of ownership of the card such as bank statement with the name and card details on it, and a copy of your passport or an identification card. We understand some countries’ debit card do not have names on the card. We also accept cash, but only for rental charges. The bond (security deposit) is required on a valid credit or debit card.
