ACCIDENT REPLACEMENT

If you were involved in an accident, you are either the at-fault or not-at-fault party. Here at Aries Car Rental, we cater for both parties. However, only the non-fault drivers can avail of our free replacement service. We will attempt to obtain the payment from the at-fault driver. On the other hand, if you’re the at-fault party, we also offer vehicle replacements, but you will be required to pay car hire service and additional fees specified in our rental agreement.

Traffic Infringements are issued for driving and parking violations, such as speeding, line marking violations, and going through the red light. If you get an infringement, you will need to pay a fee, along with the administration costs. All the details you need are explained in our rental agreement. Please read it thoroughly or talk to our customer representative for more information.

We strictly prohibit any smoking activity in all our cars for hire. Non-compliance will result in charges as per our rental agreement.

The cars that we deliver to our customers are all clean and sanitised with a full tank. We ask our customers to return the vehicle we have provided in the same condition, including the full tank. However, we do not require the car to be cleaned. Once the vehicles are returned to us, we make sure to clean them right away. An exception is with excessively dirty vehicles. We will charge you a cleaning fee if you return a filthy car with pet hair, spilt liquid, sand, and rubbish.

It is best to know the number of kilometres you will need to drive every day. We have a set average kilometre, which you will need to stick to for the whole rental period. You will know about the allowed number of kilometres daily in the rental agreement. As for the delivery and collection distance, you will receive the vehicles about 100km from our office located in East Perth. We typically request that our clients return the car to us upon the agreed date of rental completion. If it is not possible, we can collect the vehicle from your home, work, or the specific address you provide.

You can use our vehicles up until the time your wrecked car is completely repaired. Once your vehicle is ready to be collected, we request that you return the car to us. In other cases, you will have to return the vehicle to us once the insurer has given you complete compensation.

In the rental agreement, we specify that our clients should immediately notify us once they have received information from their insurer or when the car is fixed. Failure to reach out to us and provide the details required will result in additional charges.
