Cheap and reliable car rental service. I hired a Nissan X Trail for the family to go down south for a couple of days and it was a great hassle free service with a brand new vehicle that had less than 5,000kms on the odometer and it was cheaper than the quote for a similar vehicle from any where else including Hertz, Thrifty and Bayswater.

Rented 8 days from Aries. Picking up from them was straightforward and the staff assigned to guide us in doing the procedure was Anthony. He was friendly and professional in explaining and performing the cross checking with us. Travellable distance on a full pump was fantastic around 800km. Car was clean and problem free. Pricing was competitive since there are many rental companies around the vicinity. Would recommend to rent from them. By the way, no problem in returning the car and getting back the 800AUD deposit as long you adhere to the rules and policies stated. To add on, most of their car fleet colors are white in color.

The car I received was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. We had a little problem on day one as the car is too small to fit everything but without hesitation, the team quickly solved the issue and gave a replacement car the next day!! Found this car rental and was a bit dubious at first as it wasn’t a reputable well known one . Had easy communication and sorted booking no problems . Price was very reasonable ( cheaper than others ) so again I was worried about what sort of car I would get but once I arrived to pick up car again staff were lovely / helpful and handover with car was well organised. Sure the yard is t as pretty as others maybe but don’t let that put you off . The service was great and never found them anything but helpful . And the car was perfect and very new looking . Silly me got the return date mixed up but when they contacted me to see if I was coming they were more than accommodating when they realised I’d just mixed up the day . Thanks guys I would definitely recommend your car hire company anytime

Car rental went smoothly.There is a 500aud deposit which is payable only via credit card that gets refunded at the end. However as International travellers, we incur fx fees both ways (3% during charging and 3% on refund).Ended up I got back around 30-40aud less. And it all went to the bank.Putting the deposit instead as a holding charge would mitigate this issue. Hope aries can address this.

Hey these guys were amazing very quick in the office to do the paperwork no dramas very friendly and the car was immaculate. Also I made the mistake of last week. Using East Coast car rentals across the road. Do not use them. You’ll pay more money in for insurance, then you will for the actual car And definitely use this if I have to and recommend it.

Competitively priced for rental more than one week. Easy and quick shuttle bus pickup and drop off at the airport. Convenient branch location in city, where you get to park there for free. Friendly service. They charge deposit upfront from credit card, but immediately refunded upon return. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Aries Car rental! Online booking was easy and subsequent communications (and clarifications) can be made via the business whatapps which was convenient). Our flight was delayed so I provided constant update to them. They assured me that they will wait for me due to several delayed flights that day. They will pick you up from outside the airport terminal and bring them to their offsite offices where your car will be ready for you. They also have an office in CBD which I took the offer to park my car there and explore CBD on foot/using the bus (parking in the city can be very expansive!).Only thing, I noticed the bond taken using my credit card was "charged" instead of "pre-authorised" as what some hotels would do. Thus, at the end of the rental, they will then reverse those charges leading to some differential in your local currencies if your credit card is not in AUD. Other that, I highly recommend Aries!

Friendly and reliable car rental. Rented KIA Carnival (Kewdale outlet) which was equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control which helps alot if you are driving long distance. Drove down to Margaret River and ended the trip back at Perth. Ride was comfortable and stableWill definitely rent from them again!

I rented a Suzuki Baleno thru Aries Kewdale for 5 days in May 2023. The Kewdale depot is less than 10 minutes from the airport and cost about $17 in an Uber to get to. I utilised the after hours drop box pickup as I arrived after hours on Sunday evening. This process was easy with plenty of instructions provided.The car I hired was one of the older cars in their fleet (65000km) but was clean & tidy & absolutely fine to drive with all the latest features.The hire price was reasonable and after returning the car, my security bond was returned within two days.I'm happy to recommend Aries and would rent a car from them again when I'm next in Perth.

The staff at Aries were incredibly helpful from my first email enquiry about (including what size car I'd need - they could easily have bumped me up to a size I didn't need) to the moment I returned the car (at the time trying to figure out what to do when my flight was ancelled). Hands down, the best price, excellent vehicle, attention to customer service, fast receipt and return, prompt and easy shuttle service for airport. Aries was the 3rd and last car rental company that we had used on our Perth road trip. I usually lean towards established brands, but this time I decided to give them a try.Booking online was done easily enough. On the day I was due to collect the vehicle, I went to the wrong outlet (Don't make the same mistake as I did). By the time I reached Kewdale, I was seriously late. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating which got me out of a sticky predicament.Our vehicle was quite new, and it had been cleaned inside and out. We took it around Perth downtown and drove as far South as Margaret River. It was spacious, comfortable and most surprisingly, easy to drive and quiet on the move. Not to mention the fuel economy was very good. My family loved it too.Returning the vehicle was as fuss free and quick as I could ever hope for. The security deposit was processed immediately as well. I got a nice ride back to the airport for my flight home. Apart from the airport shops, Aries was the last company I had contact with in Australia. I have to say, they left a very good impression and capped off this visit on a nice note. Thank you.

Affordable car rental in Perth! My experience with Aries was enjoyable. The cars provided were clean and proper inspection was carried out before and after rental. The self-service option was a new experience and may be of an adventure to some but it is worth as the prices at Aries were much more affordable than renting from the airport.
