Cheap and reliable car rental service. I hired a Nissan X Trail for the family to go down south for a couple of days and it was a great hassle free service with a brand new vehicle that had less than 5,000kms on the odometer and it was cheaper than the quote for a similar vehicle from any where else including Hertz, Thrifty and Bayswater.

Small rental place but they are responsible, responsive and fuss free. I received my full deposit without much questions.Prices will be cheaper than renting at the airport. The only thing is that you need to buffer time to return the car and get a complimentary shuttle to the airport.

Rented for 6 days in total from Aries. The car pick-up process was very smooth and fast. We asked for extension of our car rental for 1 day in the mid of our trip. Aries was very responsive regarding our request via Whatsapp. Really appreciate their timely reply. It's the best car rental experience I have ever had. Easily the best car rental experience I've had. Rented a Subaru Forester for 10 days when holidaying in Perth, the vehicle was clean, comfortable and perfect for our family of four. booked this car rental for my trip (from Perth to Monkey Mia), the process was smooth and the staffs are friendly. initially i booked a class b intermediate, subsequently i thought maybe is a good idea for me to upgrade the car size for comfort and so i told them i wanted to change to a SUV. They told me they don't have any SUV for now but they do take note if there is any available, they will inform me. True enough, just days before my arrival, they told me there's a SUV available and i managed to rent a bigger car for my trip.

We waited outside for quite a while because we didn’t know that we needed to go inside the office to get the keys and complete the process. Since it was our first time renting with Aries, it would’ve been helpful if she had taken a moment to explain the process to us.Our second experience was with a lady named Sue, and she was absolutely wonderful! Hey these guys were amazing very quick in the office to do the paperwork no dramas very friendly and the car was immaculate. Also I made the mistake of last week. Using East Coast car rentals across the road. Do not use them. You’ll pay more money in for insurance, then you will for the actual car And definitely use this if I have to and recommend it.

A family of five rented a car from Perth City and returned here before flying home.Experience with Aries from booking to collection has been easy and hassle-free. The staff were polite, friendly, and explained the terms and conditions clearly to us during collection. They made us feel confident in their service. Their cars were clean and in good condition.Returning the car was easy and the shuttle to the airport was comfortable. Although the refund of the deposit was met with some credit card issues, the staff promptly followed up with an email after I was back in my country with the refund process. Totally reassuring.We will definitely engage their service again if we visit Perth again.

Competitively priced for rental more than one week. Easy and quick shuttle bus pickup and drop off at the airport. Convenient branch location in city, where you get to park there for free. Friendly service. They charge deposit upfront from credit card, but immediately refunded upon return. Highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend Aries Car rental! Online booking was easy and subsequent communications (and clarifications) can be made via the business whatapps which was convenient). Our flight was delayed so I provided constant update to them. They assured me that they will wait for me due to several delayed flights that day. They will pick you up from outside the airport terminal and bring them to their offsite offices where your car will be ready for you. They also have an office in CBD which I took the offer to park my car there and explore CBD on foot/using the bus (parking in the city can be very expansive!).Only thing, I noticed the bond taken using my credit card was "charged" instead of "pre-authorised" as what some hotels would do. Thus, at the end of the rental, they will then reverse those charges leading to some differential in your local currencies if your credit card is not in AUD. Other that, I highly recommend Aries!

Friendly and reliable car rental. Rented KIA Carnival (Kewdale outlet) which was equipped with Adaptive Cruise Control which helps alot if you are driving long distance. I rented a Suzuki Baleno thru Aries Kewdale for 5 days in May 2023. The Kewdale depot is less than 10 minutes from the airport and cost about $17 in an Uber to get to. I utilised the after hours drop box pickup as I arrived after hours on Sunday evening. This process was easy with plenty of instructions provided.The car I hired was one of the older cars in their fleet (65000km) but was clean & tidy & absolutely fine to drive with all the latest features.The hire price was reasonable and after returning the car, my security bond was returned within two days.I'm happy to recommend Aries and would rent a car from them again when I'm next in Perth.
