Cheap and reliable car rental service. I hired a Nissan X Trail for the family to go down south for a couple of days and it was a great hassle free service with a brand new vehicle that had less than 5,000kms on the odometer and it was cheaper than the quote for a similar vehicle from any where else including Hertz, Thrifty and Bayswater.

I booked online for a sedan with airport transfer to their office at Kewdale. Nic attended to me and provided good driving tips for me. Due to a change in plan, I decided to extend my rental and completed the paperwork and payment at their CBD office. I left in a rush and forgot my driver license, but the lady managed to reach me to return it. Many thanks for helping me. All the other staff were also very helpful; Ian and the ladies whom I did not manage to get their names both at Kewdale and downtown CBD locations. The car was fine throughout my 10 days rental and overall it was a great drive and stay in Perth. Will rent from them again should I visit Perth again.

Took a car for 3 days, the person at the counter was really awesome as he let me keep the car the previous day of the booking and initiated the booking from the previous day without charging it. the worst part was the payment, without carrying the card, they wanted to look at the card and store the data, I do not know how secure their networks are.. Also while settling the amount, they have limited knowledge about the different cards . After giving back the car, the lady kept asking for the same card which I presented for paying the refund.. but she had little knowledge that the card number appears different if apple pay is used... but any ways overall experience was good. try to train your employees for smoother experience... and hope I can use my prepaid card next time!

We hired the 7-seater Mitsubishi Outlander for the family holiday trip and it was a lovely, wonderfully smooth and problem-free ride. The car is very new and nice to ride with. Staff Anthony especially at reception is really friendly and helpful at service, both at pick-up and drop-off. Aries is the only car hire company in Perth currently that offer a Sharebox facility which is great for out of hours collection. We arrived Christmas Day and found the whole process to be very smooth. Can’t speak highly enough of Aries. For price, availability and customer service 10/10! See you in 2024 !!

Rented a Kia Sorento from 4th to 17th Dec recently.Nick picked us up from the airport to the Kewdale branch to process paperwork and collect our vehicle.He was friendly and helpful in sharing tips on what to look out for etc.He also graciously allowed us to store our luggages with him due to boot space constraints.Car was new (4K plus mileage), clean and came without any rental sticker / rental marking which allows us to feel safer.Only complaint would be the booster seat we rented for our toddler is flimsy and doesn’t seemed secure.We took the liberty to have the car professionally washed after a drive to Margaret River as we are a group of 7 and may have unknowingly dirtied the car during the drive.Return of vehicle was efficient and refund of security bond ($800) was processed immediately and we received the refund in 3 days.From Singapore here. Awesome experience, fast pick up, good price, clean and reliable car service in town and when dropping off at their airport branch. Upon dropping off the car at their airport branch, they drove us back with our luggage in the same car so that was really convenient without need to on or offload the luggages (this may differ across time so its just our experience). If you do use contactless, the passcode can be sent via sms and/or email which you can connect to their office wifi to retrieve the email in case your visitor sim card is not up in time for non-Aussie travelers.Look forward to engage their service again in my next trip.

Rented a Nissan X trail for a 5D road trip from Perth to Kalbarri. Pricing is 45% off Hertz pricing for the same car. There is free overnight parking at their carpark in the City and 3hrs grace period (on per hr daily rate charge) upon return! I visited Perth with my family (6 of us) in early Aug and decided to rent a Hyundai Imax after a friend engaged them for their trip. I visited Sydney & Melbourne ten years ago, also rented an Imax and had a blast.This time round as I had 2 young kids and 2 elderly, needed a big car which could carry everyone and handle my luggages. The car was just a champ and everyone just had a comfortable trip throughout our stay.The staff at Aries car rental were super friendly, Nick helped to change my booking (which I had initially not checked the option of airport pick-up), so that someone would pick me up when I arrived. On the day of my arrival, Edwin (whom I believe is the boss), drove the Imax I was renting and picked me up at the airport, at the pre-agreed location. They were also very responsive on whatsapp and true to the description, turned up less than 10 minutes after I cleared immigration.All in all it was a great experience renting from Aries Car Rental, with their great selection of cars (I highly highly recommend the Imax for families of 6-8, with 4-5 luggages), and best of all unbeatable price (no other car rental company could offer the same car at Aries' price, not even close!). While they do not have an office at the airport itself, the nearest pick up is really just a 5-min drive away and if you land during office hours, they will come pick you for a small fee.I'm not sure if I will return to Perth anytime soon since there are so many places for revenge travel, but I'll be sure to recommend all my friends visiting Perth to consider Aries first. Staff was friendly and helpful in explaining the details of the car rental. Rented a Kia Cerato for 3 days from East Perth outlet and returned at Kewdale outlet.Car was clean and very easy to drive around Perth city. Our hotel was right next to the Aries East Perth outlet and they allowed us to park over night free of charge. When we returned the car at Kewdale, we were given a ride to the airport which is a short journey.Overall very seamless and fuss free process in renting the car!

I rented a Suzuki Baleno thru Aries Kewdale for 5 days in May 2023. The Kewdale depot is less than 10 minutes from the airport and cost about $17 in an Uber to get to. I utilised the after hours drop box pickup as I arrived after hours on Sunday evening. This process was easy with plenty of instructions provided.The car I hired was one of the older cars in their fleet (65000km) but was clean & tidy & absolutely fine to drive with all the latest features.The hire price was reasonable and after returning the car, my security bond was returned within two days.I'm happy to recommend Aries and would rent a car from them again when I'm next in Perth.

The staff at Aries were incredibly helpful from my first email enquiry about (including what size car I'd need - they could easily have bumped me up to a size I didn't need) to the moment I returned the car (at the time trying to figure out what to do when my flight was ancelled). Hands down, the best price, excellent vehicle, attention to customer service, fast receipt and return, prompt and easy shuttle service for airport. Honestly, could not recommend them highly enough and look forward to using them again as well as referring friends.

Aries was the 3rd and last car rental company that we had used on our Perth road trip. I usually lean towards established brands, but this time I decided to give them a try.Booking online was done easily enough. On the day I was due to collect the vehicle, I went to the wrong outlet (Don't make the same mistake as I did). By the time I reached Kewdale, I was seriously late. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating which got me out of a sticky predicament.Our vehicle was quite new, and it had been cleaned inside and out. We took it around Perth downtown and drove as far South as Margaret River. It was spacious, comfortable and most surprisingly, easy to drive and quiet on the move. Not to mention the fuel economy was very good. My family loved it too.Returning the vehicle was as fuss free and quick as I could ever hope for. The security deposit was processed immediately as well. I got a nice ride back to the airport for my flight home. Apart from the airport shops, Aries was the last company I had contact with in Australia. I have to say, they left a very good impression and capped off this visit on a nice note. Thank you.

Affordable car rental in Perth! My experience with Aries was enjoyable. The cars provided were clean and proper inspection was carried out before and after rental. The self-service option was a new experience and may be of an adventure to some but it is worth as the prices at Aries were much more affordable than renting from the airport.

Rented a car from Aries Kewdale on my visit to Perth on 5/07/2019 - 10/07/2019 as the price of the rental is considered as one of the cheapest and affordable in Perth. Service was great from the very first day during my online booking till the day of collection of car in Perth and the final day of returning the car.Reached Perth earlier than expected on my arrival and Aries took up the effort to pick me up earlier at the Airport even before their working hours start. The process of explaining and signing of the rental agreement at their company was pretty swift and explanation given on the rental agreement and the charges of the car rental was pretty clear without any hidden clauses. A bond of AUD 200 was also collected during the collection of the car.Rented a Kia Cerato Sedan during the visit and the car provided was pretty new with a mileage of only 8k+. Car was in a very good condition, clean and new. No complain towards the car.At the final day of my visit, returning of the car at Aries Kewdale was pretty easy. Checking of the car condition was carried out during the return of the car by the company and all is done. Bond is given back directly during drop off as the car was handed back to them in perfect condition with a full tank of petrol. Was then being transferred to the Airport for my departure by their representative.Overall the price, service and car condition is great. Thanks Aries Kewdale for the wonderful service given during my visit. And for sure i will be their repeat customer if i do visit Perth again in the future.

Had a great customer service experience here. After dropping the rental car back, I was having problems downloading an app on my phone, to get an Uber home. The young man at the front counter, offered to help, took my phone, and spent quite a bit of time trying. Eventually he downloaded the App on to his phone and organised the Uber for me. Own by Malaysian. Very straightforward in pricing and NOT into playing with fine prints which suits the Singaporean and Malaysian culture.Very fast in their administration making collection and return very fast and pleasant.Rented a Hyundai Imax for a week. Exceptional value!They are probably the only car rental who would pick up the phone to understand your needs, confirm and deliver what you booked. I hate to be given the "equivalent" vehicle which is usually lower and not equivalent.
